Fix Zoom audio from Chromebook is low
First, ensure that external audio devices like headphones is unplugged or disconnected.
On your Chromebook
Follow these steps below if Zoom Audio or mic isn’t working:
- Check to see if Chromebook is still connected to the
Hotspot
orWIFI
. - If you’re using airpods or a headphone, ensure that they are not damaged and they actually work.
- Check for
Chrome OS
updates and install them if any. - Disconnect Chromebook from
WIFI
orHotspot
, shut off Chromebook, reset your Hotspot, turn on Chromebook again and connect back toHotspot
orWIFI

audio jack
. e.g headphones stuck in audio jack.
