On your Chromebook
Follow these steps below if Zoom randomly disconnects or lags:
- Check to see if Chromebook is still connected to the
Hotspot
orWIFI
. - If you’re using a school issued
Hotspot
, make sure no other device(s) likeTV

is connected to it exceptChromebook(s)
. - Check for
Chrome OS
updates and install them if any. - Disconnect Chromebook from
WIFI
orHotspot
, shut off Chromebook, reset yourHotspot
, turn on Chromebook again and connect back toHotspot

bluetooth
device and turn offbluetooth
