- Turn off Chromebook.
- Press and hold Refresh key + tap Power button .
- When the Chromebook starts up, release Refresh key .

Volume Up and Power buttons for at least 10 seconds, then release them. If this step doesn’t work or if issues still persist; try this Power Wash.
