Master reset with hardware keys
A master reset restores the original factory settings. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card. If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys.
On your Franklin T9 Mobile Hotspot
Follow these steps below to master reset your Hotspot:
- Turn the device on.
- Remove the back cover and locate the Reset Button.
- Press the Reset Button for 3 seconds and release. The device will reset and restart.
Soft reset with hardware keys
Follow these steps below to soft reset your Hotspot:
- Hold Power key for 10 seconds to restart the device.
