Unable to access "Nearpod" or school-related websites on Chromebook
First, ensure that you’re connected to a reliable and secure network, preferably a private network, home WIFI
or school issued Hotspot
.
On your Chromebook
Follow these steps below if you can’t still access Nearpod on your Chromebook:
- Check to see if Chromebook is still connected to the
Hotspot
orWIFI
. - If you’re using a school issued
Hotspot
, make sure no other device(s) likeTV
,PlayStation(s)
is connected to it exceptChromebook(s)
. - Check for
Chrome OS
updates and install them if any. - Clear your browser data and cookies and try accessing the site again.
- Disconnect Chromebook from
WIFI
orHotspot
, shut off Chromebook, reset yourHotspot
, turn on Chromebook again and connect back toHotspot
orWIFI
